Here's a sample of my Portfolio Delivery Memo. Please note that it includes a date for the portfolio's return, specific instructions for how that is to be done and the replacement value for the portfolio should it be lost or damaged. This memo is generated by PhotoByte 2000 but you can make your own form with any word processor. I encourage all photographers to use complete paperwork from your first contact with a prospective client through job delivery and invoicing.
